This is a liquidity deployment 4.5 times larger than the previous event. A cold wallet unlock of this magnitude points to an absolute supply shock on the exchange, likely driven by a massive wave of localized buying pressure or localized withdrawal demands that threatened to drain their hot wallets completely.

The Automated Arbitrage Pipeline

Once those 45 million coins hit the hot wallets, the global arbitrage network immediately went into overdrive to smooth out the resulting "Kimchi Premium."

The data shows a highly efficient, automated pipeline operating between Upbit and Binance via the bdhivesteem bridge account. Both binance-hot2 and bdhivesteem recorded matching transaction spikes of roughly 19.36 million HIVE.

Looking closely at the transaction logs, the pattern becomes obvious: a continuous, rapid-fire sequence of exact 200,000 HIVE blocks were pushed from Upbit's hot wallets through the bridge and straight into Binance. Arbitrage bots were systematically stripping liquidity from the premium in South Korea and flattening it out across global books.
